I am very pleased with the service and the team from Solarizer.I had been hesitant to make the decision on installing solar panels based on what seemed like the lack of clarity in pricing, but once I spoke with Mychael Zepeda he made sure I had all the information and details I needed to finally make the purchase. Mychael will make sure you are well informed and make sure that one is comfortable before making the decision. I am happy with the wealth of information he shared with me and he's patience when ever I called him he answered promptly and that is very important for me. Following the purchase the process was absolutely seamless from the start to finish with excellent communication and on time from the whole team. The installation team was awesome they were polite and professional they did an absolute great job they went above and beyond my expectations. At the end of Feb, we would like to have the solar panels and batteries installed together but we didn’t know how the system work together. Our consultant Roman explained it well, and found the best deal for us. After signing the contract before the installation day, our account manager Nichole has coordinated with everyone and done everything for us. We didn’t need to do anything, only needed to sign documents online. All processes went smoothly.

On the installation day (mid Apr.)

Team 2 (Miguel, Freddy, Henry and Martin (supervisor)) is the best team. They worked professionally and made a great effort to satisfy our requests. They came and finished work ahead of schedule. Cleaned up the work area, painted the pipes and walls to match original color. There were only good things about them. I would strongly recommend Team 2 to everyone. After solar and battery systems got installed, Dylan came to setup the electrical sub panel for the backup power system. He explained well and helped us to choose the ones we really needed on the sub panel. After waiting for a short period of time, at the beginning of May, SRP came to do the inspection/commission, the system was approved and started running. There were a couple of technical problems, and Justin (Supervisor) helped us to solve them right away. Everything was set and started running well in time, right before the summer begins. We are so glad we have got the system installed. Especially when we are using the electric from the sun / batteries, not from the grid. We are happy that we found the right company and they have the right people to do the excellent jobs for us. We would recommend Solarizer to everyone.

I had a prior vendor that went bankrupt. This was one of 10 or so vendors I called to get work done on an existing system. Most vendors avoided quoting or even speaking to me about my needs for an existing system their company did not install. Fusion took my emails, communicated almost daily initially to understand my needs. They took on the job, quoted me just the cost to put part of my system back on my roof after some construction was done, and also fully reviewed my SRP bill, utilization, and made some suggested recommendations. Nothing was pressured or up sold without me asking for quotes. I chose to go with them to have 10 panels put back on my roof. As well they sold me an extra 8 panels to increase my total output, and also sold me a Load Controller yo limit/delay the  use of large appliances, AC units, or pool pump if there was already heavy utilization that could cause me to over utilize beyond my production and cause demand charges for grid power. Their service professionals were knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of their way to assist me and my needs. Installation was awesome. They arrived on time, quickly figured out my existing system, and installed and configured everything in the same day.
